What’s the minimum order?
Most products can be ordered from a single item. Some processes, such as screen printing, work out better value at higher quantities — we’ll always tell you.
Will I see a proof before you make my order?
Yes. We check every file and email a digital proof. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.
What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG or SVG up to 10MB. Vector files (SVG) give the sharpest results. If you only have a low-resolution logo, upload it anyway and we’ll advise.
How long will my order take?
Production starts once you approve your proof. We’ll confirm timings with your proof; if you have a deadline, tell us when you order.
Can I order for my business?
Absolutely. For 25+ units, request a business quote for volume pricing, mixed products and dedicated support.
Can I return a personalised item?
Personalised items are made to order, so we can’t accept returns unless an item is faulty or not as approved. If something’s wrong, we’ll put it right.
Do you offer embroidery and printing on the same order?
Yes — mix and match methods and products across one order.
